The maximum of the technologies used can convert the sunlight into heat energy, which can be converted into electricity. Here are some of the advanced technologies in the solar industry that can enhance the future of energy.
Photovoltaic (PV)
Photovoltaic or PV devices can transform sunlight into electrical energy. The single PV device is known as a cell. These PV cells are generally developed from numerous types of silicon. 
Furthermore, the PV cell is small and can generate around 1 or 2 watts of power. To boost the production of PV cells, they are strapped to chains so that they form larger units, which are commonly known as modules or panels.

The CSP technology uses focused sunlight due to which the system can generate electric power by using a mirror to concentrate the sun’s energy and transform it into solar power.
The system takes three different technological methods, which are power tower system, dish or engine systems, and trough systems.
Solar Heating & Cooling (SHC)
Thermal or heat energy can be generated for pool and space heating with solar heating & cooling (SHC). The technology gathers the thermal energy from the sun, and the heat can be used to provide pool heating, hot water. It can also be utilized for cooling and space heating for commercial, industrial, and residential purposes.
