Solar FlexRack’s single-axis tracking system conveniently fits into smaller parcels. It makes for an increased elimination in carbon emissions to the atmosphere and helps the state reach the portfolio standard of 48 percent renewable energy by 2030.

FREMONT, CA: Solar FlexRack, a subsidiary of Northern States Metals and an innovative pioneer in photovoltaic mounting and solar tracker technologies, has announced that the firm has supplied its TDP 2.0 Solar Trackers for a distributed portfolio generation solar projects based in Connecticut. TRITEC Americas, a leading manufacturer, financier, and asset manager of commercial and industrial solar PV and ESS systems, is part of Solar FlexRack’s growth tracker process in the US's North East area.

TRITEC Americas is a TRITEC Group subsidiary, a global solar services corporation established in 1987, with offices across Europe, South America, and the United States. TRITEC appointed Swinerton Renewable Energy to provide portfolio planning, sourcing, and construction management services and work with SOLV, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Swinerton Renewables, to provide portfolio O&M services. The first of several projects in the portfolio under construction is a 1.2-megawatt facility located near Putnam, Connecticut.

“We’re excited to work with SOLV Construction Management Services to support Swinerton’s new services group. Project efficiencies are a critical part of our work so it’s great to partner with folks who share that passion,” commented Steve Daniel, Executive Vice President, Solar FlexRack.

These distributed generation solar systems have a limited footprint and are suitable for delivering renewable, low-cost electricity to Connecticut's local population. Solar FlexRack’s single-axis tracking system conveniently fits into smaller parcels. It makes for an increased elimination in carbon emissions to the atmosphere and helps the state reach the portfolio standard of 48 percent renewable energy by 2030.

“Solar FlexRack works closely with SOLV CM Services to deliver high quality projects that create value for our clients,” said Craig Mayer, Director of Construction Management, SOLV. “Their team helps reduce project risk and delivers a reliable solar tracker and services bundle for our customers’ benefit.”
