By Energy CIO Insights | Friday, November 30, 2018

MUSKEGON, MI: Smart Vision Lights, designer and manufacturer of high-brightness LED lights for industrial application, introduces DDL (Data Definition Language) Dome Light Series .The lights are available in 3 models: DDL-100, DDL-150, and DDL-250 to read OCR codes and imperfections on reflective or round surfaces with an even, uniform and repeatable light intensity.

The main features of DDL Dome light include: built-in driver to avoid external wiring, Analog intensity 0-10v Dc signal, 40 mm camera viewing hole, available in 4 colors: white, blue, green & red, easy mounting with 14 T –slots, and 5 pin M12 Quick Disconnect.

The DDL Dome lights have a multi-drive controller that combines Constant On operation and OverDrive Strobe (high pulse operation) in one light. This allows users to pulse the light at the maximum allowed intensity by the LED manufacturer by simply setting the product parameters. This built-in multi-driver limits the current entry to the LED lights, protecting it from early degradation and failure caused by excessive heat.

The DDL Dome light series are used widely in industrial applications, as they can be easily installed and reduce wiring requirements.
