The new branch of the company, PDE Total Energy Solutions, is located at Santa Fe Springs. The Morrow-Meadows division, Cherry City Electric, has an additional office in Vancouver, Washington, based in Salem, Oregon.

Morrow-Meadows Corporation has announced its acquisition of Pacific Data Electric, Inc., Total Energenous Energy Solutions (PDE) in Los Angeles. PDE will continue operating under the new name of Morrow-Meadows Corporation, PDE Total Energy Solutions. In February 2019, the transaction is expected to be concluded. PDE acquisitions will speed the company’s operations and enable it to deliver the expanded product, such as zero-emission building, battery power storage (BESS), microgrids, and advanced energy controls.

PDE is based in, California and was founded by Dan Henrique in 1990. It is a women-owned company with Shelley Keltner as CEO, co-owners, President Dan Henrich, and Vice President Daniel Cohee. PDE offers engineering services across the USA and has experience in various international projects. Having established itself as a strong leader in the sector, the company provides storage, construction, and maintenance services for micro-grids and batteries. PDE can reduce the electrical cost of a customer by using high-tech energy analytics models while integrating clean, resilient energy systems.

Daniel Cohee, a 20-year industry veteran, will lead the new Morrow-Meadows energy solution section at their Santa Fe Springs office. PDE has developed and built highly complex BESS systems for a large number of customers with its internal support team. The BESS installation at Twentynine Palms, CA, Marine Corps Base, which considered as a Top 12 Energy Project in the U.S. in 2012, includes remarkable PDE projects. PDE has designed a reverse osmosis desalination facility on the remote Caribbean Island for an off-grid microgrid, which couples the BESS with solar, transfer switches, and advanced controls. The system supports a high-end resort producing more than 250,000 gallons of freshwater per day from renewable resources.
